OKK will keep as many products as possible in stock. Due to a heavy demand for a particular product, we might not have it in stock or the manufacturer may not be able to make it fast enough. This will result in a slightly longer total shipping time. We will notify you if any of your products are on "backorder".

OKK will have your order ready in short period of time, based on the order size.

Local Delivery

Your merchandise will be delivered to your store or your container the next day free of charge if your order meets the minimum dollar amount for the area in Los Angeles. The customer should make sure that you provide us an accurate street address that can be delivered to. Merchandises are delivered on business days (Monday thru Friday).

Customer Trucking Company Pick Up

The orders will be checked and wrapped properly on high pallets. We will provide you the best service to avoid extra cost and also lower the freight cost.

Domestic Shipments (via Common (LTL) Carrier or Truckload)

OKK will work with a large number of trucking and transportation companies around the country. This enables us to book any size container and deliver to any destination within the United States. This means you get your merchandise the least expensive, the fastest & safest way possible. Freight charges of full truckload are required to be prepaid by the customers in advance; LTL freights are usually prepaid by OKK and the charges will be showed in the invoice.

International Shipments

OKK will work with shipping lines & freight forwarders to deliver your merchandise to any destination around the world. We will provide you the best shipping method and the best service as far as packing the merchandise in the container properly using up the maximum space avoiding any breakage & damages.
